Barrel Aged Saison on fruit - 6.0%
A saison brewed with Ontario grown Malt from Barn Owl Malt and hops from Hayhoe Hops. Fermented in oak with our house mixed culture. Refermented on raspberries and passionfruit and bottle conditioned for several weeks. Bright, lightly acidic, fruity with some white wine characteristics.
